Reviews and Ratings
My stay was fantastic! The rooms are amazing, clean, modern, and really classy. Just ensure you ask for a large room as they are all the same size, even on the same floor. The service was truly helpful and friendly, and the location is ideal, near famous Széchenyi Thermal Spa and close to public transport stops. The dining experience, while including healthy fresh fruit and other surprises, was a bit disappointing for a 4-star hotel.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit uncomfortable as mine was at the end of the corridor and overly hot, having to adjust the radiator and open the window for some relief. On a positive note, the hotel boasts a grand reception area, a lovely bar, exquisite decorations, and a fantastic private Jacuzzi with a special view of the beautiful Heroes' Square.
The hotel rooms were very well presented, clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a huge reception area, a bar, and a wonderful decoration. However, it was a bit inconvenient not being able to open the windows due to the noise from Heroes' Square outside. The private Jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful square was a great addition.
The hotel rooms are amazing, clean, modern, and really classy, providing nice and simple accommodation with plenty of space. However, there was a mouldy smell in the room, and it was excessively hot even with the AC on the lowest temperature.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience for me. The location was fantastic, just 100 meters from Hosok tere metro station and near Heros' Square, which was super convenient for exploring. However, the noise from the street made it challenging to relax, and there was a noticeable musty smell in the front-desk area. The service was friendly and helpful despite the lack of air conditioning during my stay.
